Our most important event, the Induction Ceremony, is this Wednesday, October 14th. We are in need of many volunteers to make this event successful and exciting.
We need of volunteers on:
Monday, October 12. 1:00pm: 4 volunteers to stuff the folders to be handed out at induction. The volunteers will meet at Professor Win Win Kyi’s office, A-126.
Wednesday, October 14th, 1:00pm
One volunteer with access to a car to bring professor Win Win Kyi to Costco in Hackensack to pick up the flowers and bring them to school.
Wednesday, October 14th, 3:00-6:00pm
10 volunteers will be helping us set up TEC128 for the ceremony (tying ribbons around roses, putting out the folders, setting up food/tablecloths, putting out flowers).
Wednesday, October 14th, 6:00 – end of the ceremony
6 people to stay at the ceremony for last minute touches, ushering, passing out programs, signing people in etc.
The service hours are counted along with the actual hours that you volunteer.
